  7. For Aloo Gosht: 1-2 Roma Tomatoes chopped, 2 Potatoes cubed
  8. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions till golden brown
  9. Allow all the ingredients to cool

  11. Add water to deglaze the pan if necessary
  12. Drain on absorbent paper and keep aside
